| Who are you? Ali Ghavami Tell us about your life before entering Colafl. A youngster studying with some small mischiefs. Why did you enter Colafl and when? Iranian Year 1349. Your time in Colafl. 4 years. Your life after graduating from Colafl. I continued my studies at Tehran University and got my masters in General Linguistics.While I was preparing my thesis on Interference of Persian and English languages and How to Teach Persian to the Foreigners Knowing English,I was employed at a ministry.I married then and I have 3 children now,2 boys and the last 1 girl. The younger boy married. During those years I translated and wrote self teaching English books which were all best sellers then.Also translation of a short story and so on.I then left the ministry and joined a Co who are more famous outside Iran. What do you do now? Still working at th same Co. Tel us about your favorite film, song, music, singer, movie star and sport. As usual I like very good music both Iranian and Foreign ones and good movies like the old foreign ones. My hobby is and has been reading,thinking,meeting friends who are sincere and knowledgeable,travelling when possible.Also I compose poems which are like classical ones but not blank verses. Your plan for future. I presume most of us say,"Who knows" especially in this situation.I'm never disappointed and try to work as long as I can.I am and try to be myself and do not waste my time showing off.Fortunately all our classmates seem to be so. Again the same things happen.Impossible is impossible.Let's leave room for the new generation and help and guide them instead. |
